A review of Clover Under Foot which is also known as Balmite Clover. A romance-drama which is created and illustrated by Tasso. It revolves around a mutant girl named Mei Han who is part tiger and part rabbit. She is always shunned by her peers for not being a pure breed like them and everyone avoids her. I began reading this because it caught my attention and I am grateful I read it as the art and story are really nice to follow. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice romance-slice of life manhwa.
The general gist of this manhwa is that protagonist Mei Han goes to university and forces herself to always wear clothes that block her appearance from being shown. This all changes after she is found out by fellow classmates and she is found to be a mutant. The story kicks off from there and she meets someone who she falls for and he treats her like a normal person and is against people who shun others for their looks.
Overall I thought it was pretty good and I would definitely recommend you reading it, especially if you like romance-slice of life manhwa.

Where to read Clover Under Foot (발밑에 클로버)
This manhwa is available officially in RAW from the official Kakao website however, currently has no official English translation yet. The unofficial English version can be found on scanlation sites such as MangaDex and MangaNelo along with various other translations.
What Is Good About Clover Under Foot (발밑에 클로버)
I have enjoyed reading the story so far and cannot wait for there to be an official English translation (hopefully Tapas.io can pick this up after being bought by Kakao). The story is really good and flows naturally as expected.
I think this art style is super cute and I generally enjoyed the way the characters and scenes were drawn. I think the creator has done an awesome job and I cannot wait to read more of it once it’s translated!
What Is Bad About Clover Under Foot (발밑에 클로버)
No official English translation
I think the biggest deal-breaker for me has to be the fact that there is no official English translation yet. I am sad to see that the people who once translated the manhwa have stopped therefore it hasn’t had any new chapters released for a while.
I believe that once this manhwa is picked up by Tapas.io like other graphic novels such as Big Life… it will really boom. I cannot wait to see further chapters from the official translation!
